It was at a conference and it was a short 1:1 interview with one of the recruiters/ engineer. Most of the questions were standard behavioral/ situational questions and how you dealt with it.

Question 1
Tell me a time when you had to work with another person but had opposing ideas on how to solve a problem. How did you convince the other person to go with your idea and/ or reach a compromise for a solution?
Super easy process and HR and the hiring manager worked well together to get things rolling for me. It was three rounds and took just a week to get an offer
2 interviews, with the team and with the manager. Mostly about experience and projects done in the past. Interview with senior engineers with some technical questions and also ask for references.

Interview
good, a bit easy but not much detectable. Mostly covered thermodynamics part with engine and turbine based system. Energy conversion techniques is mandatory to attend the interview. Make sure you have the answer for all the simple questions.
