Interview
Spoke to a recruiter briefly, set up a phone interview with the department manager and then a couple weeks later I was brought in for a full interview. Interviewed with HR, the manager and a team of current employees.

Question 1
Can you describe how you adjust to shifting priorities?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GE Aerospace (Cheltenham, England) in Nov 2015
Interview
2-person interview panel, who seemed were not at ease with each other from the start. The interview was not properly structured. While the first part was OK, where I was given an opportunity to explain my PM experience, the second part was a Q&A session where the panel asked straight from PMBOK exam questions. I got a feeling that the panel lacked extensive project management experience, which was sort of proved right since one of them mentioned in the end that 'all their projects have been behind schedule and over budget'. Strangely, no questions were asked on Earned Value, CPI, SPI or TCPI, which left me wondering till the end.

Question 1
1. What is the first thing you would do if assigned as a PM on a new project?
2. What would you have done differently on one of the key projects you led?
3. How many manhours was the largest project you have managed?
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GE Aerospace (Grand Rapids, MI) in June 2013
Interview
Standard company process of general questions, nothing that stands apart. They call you for an interview after they pick it out and then you meet with them in person. After that, it may take up to 3-4 weeks for them to get back to you. Seems like the process keeps changing from time to time.
