Interview was very relaxed. Didn't feel like it was too formal but they asked a lot of behavioral questions. It felt more like talking to a friend for me then super formal like some other companies.

A video phone call - pretty brief, 3 20 minute calls. Mostly STAR questions - asked a lot about experiences on resume. There were three groups of individuals from different departments of the business.
