One hour-long behavioral interview. Many questions starting with, "tell me about a time...". The Most difficult question was to tell about a time when you had to modify a process to make it more efficient.

It was a behavioral interview. There were no technical questions asked. They want to get to know you and your background to see if you would be a good fit. I was asked about previous experiences on my resume and general questions about me.

One round of behavioral-based questions includes five quick questions on leadership, teamwork, and multitasking. It’s straightforward and efficient, an easy and fast interview process. Interviewer was good and to the point.

Had one formal sit-down interview on the campus of my school, and everything was straightforward. Everything was put on by the school and GE outreach personnel, so very little interaction with actual people until the physical interview.
