Straight forward - objective based interview questions. Come prepared with multiple work-experiences and the questions will be easy to answer

Question 1
Name a time when someone in your group did not agree with your decision and how did you mitigate conflict?
It was a friendly environment. It took nearly 2 hours with group case and technical and HR questions. questions were about daily life and personality as well as technical acknowledge
It was not too hard, overall the questions were not very difficult. The first round was a HireVue questionnaire where they asked basic questions in a multiple choice or short answer format.
