They take you out to lunch and make you feel weird and out of place. The you are interviewed by three groups of two. They will ask you a series of questions then not hire you because they say you do not have enough experience in production efficiency tracking but they never asked that question.

Are you familiar with CNC machines. On my resume I show I am a journeyman machinist. They obviously don’t read you resume.

Went through 5 interviews Behavioral and technical The last interview was a full day of interviewing with two breaks in between wrapping up with an interview hiring manager It was just pretty easy interview process
