Applied in Online. They confirmed through mail for Telephonic inter view.Telephonic interview was easy with general information. They Asked for Visa sponsorship, whether I need or not. I said, I need visa sponsorship to travel. They said we wont provide visa sponsorship for this job opening. Totally it was a nice experience.

Interview
Begins with recruiter interview followed by online technical interview with focus majorly on enginnering basics. Upon shortlisting, in person interview is scheduled which is detailed technical discussion of projects and work handled in previous company.

First had a phone interview with a couple of different managers, and was invited to come on site for an interview. On site I met with the HR Manager, the hiring manager, and two of the team members to see how well I would fit as part of the team.
