Interview process was somewhat excessive for the position. I completed four separate interviews and three assessments over a three week period. Personality test was included in there also.
Final skills assessment interviewer had demeanor that felt off. I lost interest in the position because of this, due to the role this interviewer has in the company.
Benefits and compensation were never covered during any of the interviews, which was discouraging.
The extensive responses the president posted on Glassdoor to any negative feedback was a little concerning.
Company offered no information to show they are a good employer or describe the benefits of their work environment.

Video interview with technical questions. Asked Exchange to Office 365 migrations. A few other scenario questions. Seemed pretty straight forward. Overall not a bad interview process. Little vague on position requirements.

Interview
At first, I was impressed by how responsive the interviewer was. During the preliminary phone interview, there were fundamental IT questions. It did not take long to finish. They followed up with a link to take a “cognitive test” I took it right away. I did not think I did well, so I did not have high expectations. After not hearing from anyone for over a week, I just thought how rude it was. To my surprise, they emailed, “I am delighted to inform you that we would like to arrange a video conference interview. Please let us know when you are available.” I replied with Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. They responded with Tuesday! So I rearrange my schedule and Tuesday I am at my PC waiting. At 3:42, an email arrives with a cancellation. At 6:00 the same day, they ask me to reschedule. I do so, and guess what? They were not even on the call, plus no email, voice mail, and any notification. To make matters worse, it is Friday before Memorial Day weekend. As an FYI, the Gem Technologies website shows a Fort Myers address. The address is a rent a mailbox store. How does this company maintain a 4+ rating on GlassDoor? congradulations and
