3-Step Process: Brief 30-min phone screen with Recruiter; virtual video interview with hiring manager; last step was an onsite interview with large panel.
The onsite interview was lengthy (3-hours), but I was made aware of this ahead of time, so I was prepared. Geotek places a huge emphasis on company culture and collaboration, so I was able to meet with all key players in one day, which was great for both parties. It allowed me to learn more about the organization and the people I'd be working with, get multiple perspectives on various areas of the business, and overall make an educated decision that I could be confident in when I got the offer.
The interview was laid back, there were no rehearsed and tired behavioral- based interview questions, rather, everyone was able to ask the questions they had to learn more about me, what I do, how I personally work/ my processes, etc., which was refreshing.
Communication was clear and consistent, decisions to move on to next steps were made rapidly, and everyone I came into contact with was helpful, friendly, and professional.
