GEX Statistics Developer interview questions

I applied online. They then emailed me back asking for a phone interview which was then followed by a test. The whole time they kept telling how important deadlines were but all their emails to me were late, they called me 15 min late for the interview, and I didn't get the test until 10 days after I was supposed to. Very inefficient.
