Department managers, then HR, final is Executive director of HR.
Department people are nice, but the executive director of HR is the worst interviewer I've ever seen. Directly tell candidates that they must be asking for salary raise if change jobs and the company will not consider to hire those candidates who change jobs coz they work only a few years in previous companies.
The truth is, working in a company for 2 to 3 years is so normal. Who will work in a company for 10 years if the company's benefit is bad? And if you really cares, please do not waste our time to interview in the first few rounds.
and the HR discloses that the company has high turnover rate. Do not recommend to apply.
