two rounds: 1, the first round is about the written test. I mean the quick algebra in 1 minute involves about 30 questions. IQ test of verbal reasoning and quantitative reasoning. 2, Interview with regional manager and managing director, general question towards CV, and a metal calculating of 45^2, or 55^3, or something like this. General question about the financial market, your understanding of trading.
