Question 1
what would make you the best candidate for this job?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at GHP Management (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2019
Interview
I attended the job fair that they had a couple weeks ago and it was a complete waste of time. I guess this company just hosts job fairs just for the sake of having them. Why would you tell someone that they're being considered for the next steps in the hiring process, but never return any calls or emails they send you? I get it people are busy, but if you're really considering a candidate you're certainly going to make time when that person follows up with you. It just got to the point where I just couldn't make any more excuses for that person in the email and had to move on. There's a lot of people out there looking for work so to waste someone's time like that and get people's hopes up is really a bad look on the company. Don't play games with people's emotions if you don't plan on hiring them. Don't take an interest in that person's qualifications and never call them back. So very unprofessional they couldn't even give me a courtesy email to say thank you for applying but we moved on to another candidate. I would of at least accepted it. That would have at least been the classy thing to do to offer give someone a sense of closure. If this is the way they do things around here then I wouldn't waste my time applying here ever again.
