Three rounds of conversation, all involving getting to know me as a person. Everything was very natural and informal (in a good way). I interviewed with the VP of Sales, the CEO then again with the VP of Sales.

My position involves a lot of travel, they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable with that which I appreciated.
Was brought back for three interviews and was told by the President that I was the leading candidate only to never hear back from them after the third interview with the VP of Operations.
