It was pretty general get to know you, then there is a model exam that comes. The work with headhunters who recommend candidates and move quickly. In general, the team wants to have someone that is a good fit, that was very evident but technicality is important too. Their interviews were very technical

First round 2 30-minute interviews with mid-levels; then model test (1 hour long), then more interviews with mid-level and senior members of the team. In person or virtual, although final round seemed to be pushing strongly for in-person.
