Heard about the opportunity from on campus recruiting (Cambridge). Submitted application online, had a 2 hour aptitude test - longer than any other employer, then skype final round interview. This interview lasted 1h-1h30 and was to a panel of 4 people HR and people working in the investment team. Heard back a week afterwards.
