Three rounds: video interview (includes IQ test, personality test, and cultural fit video interview), assessment centre (includes individual stock pitch, group behavioural work to assess your "personality", and final individual feedback. Goes on for half day.), and then final round interview (with the team of your choice).

Long process with numerous rounds. Pretty standard PERE style questions with a case study (if you make it that far). People are generally really kind, however if they catch you off guard with a particular question, they really hone into it.
