Misleading Interview Process. Interview Process: Take-home assignment followed by pair programming. Was asked not to use Copilot or any AI tools during the live session. Although I followed TDD with copilot, later rejected with feedback that my working style doesn’t suit because I don’t use Copilot. Disappointing and contradictory. Advice: Ensure your expectations are clearly communicated and consistently enforced.
