The Staffing Agency sat me down and asked me random questions such as how I liked my previous jobs, why I left my previous jobs, what kind of work was involved in my previous jobs and jotted little notes down here and there. The woman who did my interview was very friendly and understanding. It's definitely not difficult to get into this place, they just want to make sure you won't leave the assignment they send you to.
