I applied through other source. I interviewed at GK Strategy (London, England) in July 2022
Interview
They are very welcoming and genuinely wanted to understand why you are interested in public affairs. If successful, they will ask you to complete a written task for the last round.

Question 1
What do you make of the recent political events in Westminster?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GK Strategy (London, England) in Nov 2022
Interview
The interview process was very easygoing. It was a three stage interview. The first stage was an initial chat with one of the directors and a senior adviser. The second one was a take-home task, and the final stage was a conversation with an associate director and a senior adviser. The interviewers were very friendly, however after the final stage, they said they would be in touch by the middle of the following week. Three weeks later, I still haven’t heard back. I think it’s very bad form to take a candidate through the entire interview process, including a take home task that had to be completed in my spare time, only to not relay the outcome of the interview. The organisation prides itself on being transparent when it comes to communication, but unfortunately this was not my experience.
