Phone screener with HR representative that featured the question, "How do you manage burnout?" In person 30 minute interview with hiring manager and 30 minute group interview with cross-departmental stakeholders. This final interview gave the impression that the organization does not know how to make decisions.

How would you do that (in reference to stated goals for the position)?
Disappointed in the communication level during the process -- long wait times and ghosting. The interviews once they happened were fairly standard. Ultimately, the lack of communication turned me off from the process and organization.

Thorough, fair and flexible. Relatable to experience and job I interviewed for. I had 4 rounds of interviews and also met with an external recruiter. Very comfortable and relaxed. It was not an exhaustive process for a Director role.
