Interview
1) HR round on phone
2) Face-to-face interview
3) 2 hour long case study
Firstly, I was interviewed by someone from HR on phone then my case was forwarded to the senior HR person. After the telephonic interview with senior HR person was done, there was a telephonic interview with a research manager. The next day I was called for the face-to-face interview.
It was weird that even though I reached on time and there were no candidates to interview before me, I was made to wait for almost half an hour. Then finally after long wait, I was interviewed by 2 research managers. Out of those two, one informed me that there will be a two-hour long case study after the interview. However, after the interview got over I was just made to sit in that interview room for another half an hour or so only to find out that there will be no case study because the research managers are busy. Then, I was asked to leave.
Frankly, it was an unprofessional experience so when I did not get a call from them after the interview, I also did not call back to inquire about the outcome.

My college probably found this job on LinkedIn and our details were sent. My telephonic interview was communicate to me through college.
One of the HRs called me at the decided time, she interviewed me about myself, and then asked about my understanding of the company model and the profile offered and gave me another time for the telephonic interview with a senior HR of the company.
The next day, I got a call and my next round was scheduled in their office in Cyber Hub, Gurgaon, on the next working day. I was told to be thorough with the company model and the website.
I met the same HR who had interviewed me in the second telephonic interview. Again, similar questions with more specificity were asked and examples were given from their side to explain the model and were asked for from my side to test my understanding as well as analytical abilities.
I had another interview with two other people, one of them was a team manager. Similar questions were asked. One has to be thorough with the model. It is people research. You are looking for the right people (small matter experts) to connect with your clients, who are seeking some information. So you have to find the right people who have knowledge about what your client wants. They ask you in the interview what kind of people can you contact, in general and in specific cases.
The next round was a case study round. Two hour time was given to solve it.

In this round two cases related to certain specific European markets were given. The task was to search the net and find three suitable experts who could help in each case. There name, designation, email address (optional), phone number (optional), link source (from where you found the info) and a line about why this person could help was asked for. Further, you are asked to design a mail explaining GLG model, the case and the offer to work with the company.
