It was typical telephone interview for 30 minutes, being asked typical questions about my customer service experience. Toughest question for me was what is the top 3 things you think important in doing jobs.

Tell me your happiest experience in client service role.
It's a very formal HR interview. Just talk about my work experience, expected salary and my notice period. And HR told me this position is mainly about cold calling and has strict KPI.
