Interview
The woman who did the initial HR interview was nice, helpful, and seemed interested in how much i knew about GLG and about my own experience. As most of the reviews have stated, make sure to do your research on GLG. The woman who performed the second interview, however, seemed distracted and rushed. She interrupted me mid-answer, and didn't even finish asking some of her questions ("Why do you want the position of...." then was silent). When she asked me to tell her what I knew about the position, and I gave my answer, she interjected by saying "yes, but..." and then pretty much repeated what I had just told her. By the end of the interview I felt as if she was either completely checked out and ready to go home, or had made up her mind prior to the interview of whether I were to advance or not, and was doing the interview for the sake of doing the interview. I don't mind not advancing, but I do feel as if we had both wasted 30 minutes of our day.

there were three rounds of interviews, one prescreener interview, the second interview was a video conference where there was a case study and role playing exercise, the third round was a three hour interview where you will meet with various people. The third round is extremely long without breaks nor were refreshments offered.When I first walked in I knew immediately they wouldn't offer me the job. This company pretends to hold values of diversity and inclusion but they do not practice what they preach. This company seriously lacks people of color. After the third interview, I sent not only a thank you email but a follow up email as well with no response. This company and employees lack professionalism, they completely ghosted me, they didn't even send the standard rejection email. In hindsight I am so thankful I was not hired for this position it seems extremely toxic.

Interview
Applied online and was contacted the next day for a phone screening with the department manager. The recruiter took several days to respond to my availability, but set me up with an interview by the end of the week. Department manager called on time and explained the role very well and asked basic questions about my resume.
I was told I would be contacted "soon" with more information, but they never got in touch with me. After a week, I attempted to contact the recruiter, but she ignored my email. Another two weeks passes and I emailed the department manager directly only to be ignored again. Very unprofessional HR department.
