I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GLG
Interview
Although all of the interviewers were pleasant, I found it frustrating that I had to go through five+ rounds of interviews, particularly given the junior nature of the role. Also, the questions asked by each interviewer were quite similar, which made the process feel repetitive and unproductive. GLG needs to consider streamlining the process to make it more efficient and less intimidating for candidates. Otherwise, the candidate is approved for a few interviews right away, spends a lot of time on preparation and gets feedback only at the end of the process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1 stage with recruiter - what do you know about GLG? Your background, some competency-based questions using STAR (difficult situation, multiple objectives)
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at GLG in Mar 2026
Interview
Started with HR screening phone call. Then did a take-home case study followed by a review interview to go over my thought process. The last round was 2 behavioral b2b interviews. Overall, a very pleasant experience with very quick turnaround and smooth communication. Each interview felt like a conversation, and all the interviewers were all very kind.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had to deal with conflict?
4 round interview process: HR, case study review, 2 back to back with senior level people on behavioral/ situational. They were standard STAR method interview questions and also should understand the work GLG does.
