I applied for the Junior position originally. First had to submit a 1-way interview video. I received an invitation for a phone screening interview with the HR manager. During the interview, he said he wanted to put me on the Senior role considering my experience and skills. Went to the second round, then third round which was a roleplay, and then final interview. The whole process lasted almost 5 weeks. The feedback from all the people who conducted the interviews was positive and encouraging. I then received an automated email a week later saying I didn't have enough experience and skills - which I believe you could have seen on my application originally, or not put me on the Senior role in that case? Asked for more feedback, never heard back from the recruiters. The position was posted again some time after so I sent another email, never heard back. Then yesterday they sent me a request to start the whole process again.
