Applied online received an email the day with a date for an in-person interview a week later. The interviewer did great job making the interview feel very informal (conducted on a table in the café and lots of casual discussion. The answers to interview questions are scored against some sort of criteria, however I was told that the highest scoring individual(s) won’t necessarily be the one(s) chosen for the job.

Scenario: How would you handle a customer who turned up for a facility booking on the wrong day? (Let them use the facility) And if the facility was already in use? (REFUND or next available slot – whatever works best for them)
