      Graphic Designer Interview

      13 Aug 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GLOCK in July 2025

      Interview

2 stages. First stage was a call with director who was straight talking. It was fine but didn't come away excited. Second stage was another call with two Design Directors - probably the most unenthusiastic interview I have ever had. I didn't even get the sense they like their job and it felt really uninspiring from start to finish with awkward pauses and no prep on their side. I didn't even get a courtesy email to say I wasn't a candidate that was going forward to next step (not that I wanted to).
