GLOMO interview questions

I had an interview with the founder. Before that, the HR reached out to me, saying that you have a very good profile. To give some context, I come from a competitor. The founder was only interested in understanding what my current company does. He wasn't even really worried about the interview or trying to understand me or evaluating my candidature. I gave negative feedback to the HR, saying this is information fishing, not an interview.
