Very warm recruiter call. They want me to do a project with very unclear requirements. I spend around 6 hours to it and prepare a really detailed presentation. It's been 2 months and they don't even response back to my follow-up emails. Very poor recruiting process. If they send you a assessment, think twice
Applied Online. First interviewer called for Phone Screening , then Background check on phone, after phone screening, assessment test on tech topics and then tech and final interview in Arlington office
