Interview
First interview with the HR manager over the phone. The second interview was over Zoom with the manager and a third interview with a department team member. Overall it was a very smooth process.

Question 1
Experience with accounting software, QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
Very normal, or as normal as interviews can be during COVID. Went through two rounds of interviews with different employees at the company. Fairly simple and straightforward process. Was slightly irritating to be asked the same question by multiple interviewers back to back - as each interview was with a single interviewer and not a panel or group.

Interview
I had three interviews. Two real interviews, then one final chat with the person whose role I would be taking over. After having made time for three lengthy interviews and despite sending two follow up emails I never heard from them again. Really unprofessional. Couldn't even take two minutes to send a 'thank you for your time but we filled the role' email.
