Good interview process, met with lots of potential teammates. People were willing to chat outside of the initial interview for additional questions. I appreciated the time spent to discover if it would be a good fit.

Interview

One interview at my college, another interview at their location in Holland, MI. The first interview was with an engineer and an architect, the second was with my potential supervisor and another architect. Both were very laid back and personal. There was no technical examination or the like.
