GMP Metal Products interview questions

The interview process actually I should say the application process was long and laborious. After expressing interest there was a battery of questions, some of which were not even work or responsibility related. Then in the final leg I was informed that they wanted someone with more steel purchasing experience. I guess over 160 metric tons(352,739.62 pounds) per month over the last year and over 20 years experience with other employers is not sufficient. My recommendation is that anybody applying or thinking of applying for a position with this company reconsider.
