The representative explained at the outset that she couldn’t address job‑specific questions; while I appreciated the transparency, I expected she could still cover broader topics about the position and team.
The conversation focused mostly on administrative details, so I finished the call uncertain about the company culture and working environment.
HR asked whether I was in other interview processes so they could adjust their timeline accordingly. Unfortunately, after this call I didn’t receive any follow‑up or feedback, even after I reached out.
Overall, based on this experience, I would hesitate to recommend the process to other candidates.
