I had one phone interview, then j2ee and ms.net questionaries. Since both were quite successful, I had to have another Skype interview, talking to the managers and colleagues. They were asking me about my former experiences, my skills (in-depth), and they wanted to map up my personality. The final interview (on site) was just a formality.
