I applied in-person. I interviewed at GO Project (New York, NY) in June 2015
Interview
Very holistic process - they want to get to know all potential applicants as both a person and educator. They asked many questions about teaching style and past experience.
Interview is easy, if you've been a teacher before, you know how to answer the questions about teaching philosophy, experience, difficulties, students, etc. They ask about where you tight, resume specifics, co-workers, feedback, weaknesses. They call you up and are very peppy and upbeat and make sure to mimic that tone, which helps a lot.
