Applied online, received a call about 2 days later. We did the phone interview and then the in person one. For the most part they are looking for people that can go out with them after work, doesn't seem like they are too interested in your work ethic. Waited over 40 minutes on a scheduled timed interview, they shuffled interviewers around, seemed very unorganized
