      Customer Support Representative Interview

      26 Feb 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GOG.com in Sept 2023

      Interview

The interview was rather unpleasant. The interviewer clearly didn't really care about what I had to say. To be honest they asked me only if the terms of the contract suited me and why I would be a good asset to the team. The whole conversation lasted around 10 minutes, and most of the time, the recruiter did the talk about company workflow and procedures. Overall, I've felt like they wished to end this as fast as possible. Therefore, we shouldn't have met in the first place. Rather a waste of time.

      Customer Support Representative Interview

      10 Aug 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Warsaw, Masovia
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at GOG.com (Warsaw, Masovia) in May 2016

      Interview

I applied online, from the website's careers section. After some time I was contacted by company's HR and got short assignment I was supposed to solve at home and send back to her. As my assignment was approved by Team Lead I had two interviews later on with HRs and Team Lead. The questions I was asked were both general (why GOG, what are my strengths, what are my plans for the future) and more position-specific (few "imagine the situation..." questions, how I deal with difficult customers, how I organize my work etc). The whole process was a very pleasant experience, interviews looked more like conversations with some funny moments and jokes. I always received replies and feedback quite fast, maximum few days of waiting. The HR was always ready to quickly answer on my questions over the email if I had any during the process.
