Interview
I applied online and after a week I got the HR calling from Singapore to have a quick screening interview. After a week later I got the responses from HR to arrange face to face interview with the client company. 2 rounds of interview with 3 people within 2 weeks.
Feedback was positive for the first interview but after finishing the second interview I got no response from the HR. After a week I called the HR and ask if there’s any update. HR said the hiring manager has not come back to them but they didn’t say I failed in the interview. 1 more week later HR contacted me and told that they would keep me posted as they still didn’t get the feedback from the hiring manager. After that no more news from them.
It’s totally fine that you send a reject email or just inform the candidates they have failed in the hiring process but not keep them waiting and give them false hope by telling them the hiring manager is still considering. I don’t think it takes much of HR’s time to inform all shortlisted candidates of the results. This is a very poor candidate experience.

Screening with recruiter, first interview with hiring manager and second interview with Microsoft stakeholder. Very professional and receptive throughout the process. I felt updated through every step and aware of all benefits, expectations of the role, etc

Basic questions, they were highly favorable to applicants that had previous Microsoft experience.
Had a few rounds of this interview but each individual was clearly very intelligent and they always made sure to explain the questions in detail. The recruiter I worked with made this 100% easier.

The interview process was 2 rounds via video call. The recruiter reached out the same day I applied and set up an interview for that week. From application to offer took about 2 months.
