A recruiter reached out to me. A Zoom call that was recorded. However, zero disclosure about why/how/what would happen with the recording.
It was almost toxic-positive weird. Combined with the recording, it left a funky taste.
Thank you for leaving your review. At GRIN, our recruiters ask every candidate for consent to record before any recording happens, so there is disclosure on the recording request. We use the recordings for training purposes.
The interview was simple. An HR representative contacted me and had me fill out a quick test. Got through a few rounds of interviews w/ typical design related questions. Ended up declining their offer.
