Had a call with the hiring manager, was told I would hear back within a week, and was ghosted. A company that ghosts their candidates probably will not be particularly communicative on the job either. Thankfully this was just one interview so it's not a huge amount of time lost, but it rings hollow when a company talks about the importance of people, but then can't take 30 seconds to issue an automated rejection.
