I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GSK (London, England) in Jan 2019
Interview
Applied online via GSK website, then got an initial phone interview just to review skills, availability, if I am right for the role. After this, was a 30 minute telephone interview with the role manager. He spoke about the role and then answered a few competency based questions. Finally, invited for a face to face interview at GSK Brentford HQ. Interview lasted around 1-1.5 hours, split into two sections. First was a 30 minute "data interpretation" task, using Excel to find a solution to case study. Second part, interviewed by role manager and a second person, had to go through my CV, competency based questions, general interview questions and then any questions from myself. He wanted to move quickly through recruitment process, so found out within 24 hours that he had selected a candidate who was more experienced for the role. (whole process took a month)
