Easy 30 minute interview for round 1. Was flown out to Philly for a full day "Assessment Centre". First had a night time overview of the company and position, followed by 7am-5pm interview process the next day. Included role playing exit interview, case study and presentation, written work, 1on1 interview, group presentation. Very difficult and exhausting.
