Interview
The GSK Assessment Centre ran from 8 AM to 5 PM and consisted of multiple stations designed to assess a range of skills. Candidates were evaluated on their problem-solving abilities, teamwork, adaptability, and communication through a combination of technical and behavioral tasks.
Each station tested different competencies, requiring participants to work both individually and collaboratively. The assessment aimed to simulate real-world challenges, providing GSK with a comprehensive understanding of each candidate’s strengths and suitability for the role.
There were several processes, I passed the first step which was an online assessment about how you analysis some real situation problems and how you fit in GSK. After you submitted, you'll get result straightly.
