Online application following which I was invited to a telephone interview which consisted of the usual competency questions followed by 4 technical questions.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at GSK

So there was on online personality test to see if you fit in with their core values, your standard online numerical test and reading comprehension test. I was then invited to a Video Interview then an assessment centre
