The recruiter didn't do a good job. The first round was supposed to be a informal round where the HM wanted to understand if I have the skills that is required for the role. This was not communicated. Also it has been a month and there has been no update from GSK, even after multiple follow up/emails. Really bad experience for a company like GSK.

Brief interview, all boilerplate question, nothing substantial. Interviewer seemed to be reading off a script and like he didn't really know what he was doing. Had two more interviews, neither was much better, seemed like everyone was going through them motions

Interview
7-month process from resume submission to job offer, so be prepared to wait. I submitted my resume in December with the resume review in March. Got first call for phone interview in April, followed by F2F in May. Offer came through in July.
2 phone interviews and 1 F2F interview. F2F was one of the tougher ones I've been through and actually felt like a consulting interview with case study. See below for some questions I was asked.
