I completed an application form with questions about my personal details and conformation of my eligibility to work in the UK. I then completed the GSK Online Assessment which consisted of situational judgement and basic data analysis.

I applied online. I interviewed at GSK (Bengaluru) in June 2024
Interview
It was online but they provided extensive support and care for my well-being. They provided concise descriptions on how to perform the tests. It was very interviewee-friendly. Had a great experience. The online portals were also very easy to use. They followed up properly with e-mails, and gave valid feedbacks.
There were 3 stages. Scenario based Assessment which takes around an hour, Hire-vue interview where you record your answers to the questions (no re-records). Assessment centre where you take part in different activities and interviews where they can gauge your competency level.
