It was a long process and I had to follow up to get an answer after 1 month. From the time I applied to when I was called for an interview, more than 2 months had passed.
First called me for a preview interview and afterthat I had a short interview with HR but now I am waiting for next step. They were really nice. They have good selection process and good policies to grow up into the company.

Star base format. Mostly focus on behavioral questions and each answer need to be covered by an example.
4 people from different department where asking specifically about how would you handle the situation when you have no any support.
