I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GSK in June 2023
Interview
Interview was online. I gave a 15min presentation showing scientific results and techniques related to the job description. I was asked two very specific questions related to research. This followed by generic situation based questions (time I went above and beyond, time I spoke up,...). No questions about my skills or career aspirations. Interview was much shorter than planned. The panel quickly added at the end when I was available. Overall, panel seemed not interested and probably already had chosen someone.

With Hiring manager was kind of blurt and not super casual but nothing difficult, just asking questions regarding fit for the position that wasn't described well in the listing. Hope it went better but I was too nervous.
The first round was a video interview, followed by a phone call HR screen, then a video call with the hiring manager and then a panel of interviewers from the department.

It was an initial screening interview at the phone. They investigated my background in molecular biology and vaccines related to the open position. They also told me all the benefits and informed me about the continuing of the interview process.
