Contacted by headhunter. Get 1st round interview within 3 days. Interviewed by a hiring manager and HR manager. Not comfortable. I wrote a thank you letter after the interview and asked for a follow-up. They replied that the hiring process take time and go through several stateholders but still no feedback after on month. Thinking that I was not hired.

Not very fast but great. Took 3 steps - outsource HR, local HR, managers. Got an offer in 1,5 month overall. There was a technical interview as well, all went smoothly.
